Politics politicians, political shenanigans
In politics, politicians may do good or even naughty things to get their way and persuade citizens of their suitability for office. Sometimes we discover their rhetoric doesn’t match their honesty, capability and courage. Often, the public is cynical about politics and career politicians.
Imagine politicians, needing help, feeling alone and with only one last place to turn. Finally, driven by fear, knees pressed into a thick pile carpet, knuckles clamped together and whitening after a good look into the abyss, they pray, "Give me a sign, oh Lord, the kingdom of heaven sounds good to me, I swear. I want to join. Okay, okay in spite of looking … err … if I can't see a sign, how about a clue?

When we get close to a tragedy, we see ourselves for what we are … people who care, who love one another.
The whole sorry mess of Brexit and Bremain is based on lies and questionable politics. Are our citizens’ muscles still flexing? I hope so.
The puppeteers (press, politicians, ideologues) pull our strings, fuel our rage, invite blame and ill-considered aggression against innocents and the weak. Who are these manipulators? Must they go unchallenged?
The lying, dissembling and fraud continues as the bubble tries to self-repair. How weird they all look from this side of the green tinged plastic.
My heart is light and my hopes high. The bubble’s burst … long live fresh air.
A feary tale is like a fairy tale only scary and all too real.
How respectful is a party-line based on a soundbite?
How adequate a claimed mandate based on an unexplained word … Brexit?
