Who is Mac Logan?

A spiritual person who resists faith labels, I love my family.

Humans aren’t ‘things’. People are more important than profit – strong, consistent profits flow from valued people.

Humour is a great problem facer/solver. Healing is a key factor in building effectiveness. I don’t do assignments I don’t believe in.

There is magic in the development of people, teams and organisations. The modern HR profession tends towards being over-systematised and mechanistic.

I volunteer and get involved. On assignment, I don’t come cheap.

Politics and government are generally incompetent …and need to clean up their act.

So, what about Mac

When the request is to write an “about” the temptation is to write yet another short biography. Instead, I decided to ask a few writers and people I know to answer the question in around 50 words …
